Proposal
T1 - Ornamental Flowering Cherry Complete removal of ornamental flowering Cherry tre from entrance to driveway. This tree has become too large for its position on our driveway. Despite pruning, its branches (which spread out over the whole of the driveway, almost touching our house on the other side), make deliveries difficult as lorries cannot get up our drive easily. We are also concerned about the potential damage its roots may be doing to the foundations of our 200 year old cottage. Our next door neighbour (No.8 Weston Road) has recently suffered extensive structural damage to his house from tree roots. The tree is significantly higher than our house and situated approx 12-15 fet from its front wall. It appears to be healthy and continuing to grow. Remarks:

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
