Note: Neighbour at No.75 has indicated that the Rowan tree roots are causing damage to the footpath/drains at the property and intends to submit a separate application for cutting of the roots of this tree. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape.
