Willow Tree Repollard an old Willow. To approx 1.5m in height. (old pollard point) The Multi stemmed tree is currently Approx 15m high. It was crown reduced 11 years ago and again 5 years ago as the stem had decay at 50cm-1m high. The decay is now substantial 60/80%. Should it fail it could hit my garage or next doors green house. I am going to keep the tree pollard on a regular 3-5yr cycle in the future. As the tree is so decayed i would like to do this asap when the ground conditions are permit. Remarks:

T3 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a natural flowing crown outline and remove major deadwood. T1 Copper Beech. Low canopy over road and footpath. To raise canopy to statutory clearances, (5.2m over road, 2.5m over footpath). To remove deadwood greater than 60mm over road and footpath, for safety purposes, minimising any chance for larger falling deadwood in windy conditions.

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
