Proposal
H1 - Conifers T1 - Sycamore T2 - Cherry H1 Conifers - to fell to ground level. To grind stump to 150-200mm below ground level, leaving grindings on site spread out or heaped near base. Remove all garden prunings from site. T1 - Sycamore - to side of property, tree is approx 2m from property and is approx 18 ft high. Tree is in good vigour and health. There are no signs of subsidence or heave, tree is growing through BT line and is touching roof. T2 - Cherry - in rear on side of property. Tree is approx 1m from property and is approx 15ft tall. Tree is in good vigour and health and there are no signs roots are doing any damage. In my opinion the Sycamore and Cherry are too close to property and in the future will become a problem. I would recommend that both trees are felled to ground level. Remarks:

T1 - Copper Beech - Reduce branches by approximately 2 metres focusing mainly on lateral branches rather than the top. Lift canopy to provide statutory clearance over the road and clear from service cables. T2 - Tulip Tree - Reduce by approximately 3 metres to restore balance within the crown due to previous limb failure leaving the tree unbalanced. T3 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a natural flowing crown outline and remove major deadwood. T4 - To fell and remove 1 x Yew tree and install eco plugs to prevent re-growth.

T1 Copper Beech. Low canopy over road and footpath. To raise canopy to statutory clearances, (5.2m over road, 2.5m over footpath). To remove deadwood greater than 60mm over road and footpath, for safety purposes, minimising any chance for larger falling deadwood in windy conditions.

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
