I have met with assistant tree officer Joe Smith who has suggested that the removal of a secondary branch growing to the east back to the primary branch (i.e. the main overhanging branch) would be likely to be acceptable and I wish therefore to apply for permission to do this plus removal of dead branches overhanging my garden land.
