Additional works: Coppice strip of trees (up to 25m wide) in close proximity to car port, residential dwelling and workshop. Species include hazel, willow, field maple, sweet chestnut, holly, oak, rowan, bird cherry birch and crab apple. All ash are showing signs of advanced ash dieback and falling debris would likely impact the car port roof. The area has previously been coppiced (circa 1993) and would benefit from being brought back into rotation; and remove regenerating small trees in close proximity to Wroxham Road (A1151) whilst maintaining the existing canopy cover behind the fenceline
