(T1-T4) Leylandii (Cupressocyparis leylandii) - Fell and remove 4no trees, due to previous drainage damage and proximity to neighbouring property. Ro be replaced with range of native and wildlife-friendly species Replacement planting proposal: We propose to enhance planting throughout the property boundaries through the establishment and strengthening of mixed native hedgerows and tree planting. Replacement planting will comprise native and wildlife-friendly species including beech (Fagus sylvatica), silver birch (Betula pendula), hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna), blackthorn (Prunus spinosa), hazel (Corylus avellana), apple (Malus spp.) and pear (Pyrus spp.). Planting will be undertaken within the garden and boundary areas to maintain and enhance overall tree and shrub cover whilst providing significantly improved biodiversity and habitat value.
