T1 Horse Chestnut - Crown raise to approximately 2.4m above existing ground level for road clearance, pruning only necessary lower branches back to suitable growth points. T2 Box Elder - Reduce lateral branches overhanging the boundary only, pruning back to suitable growth points. No height or overall crown reduction proposed. T3 Yew - Selectively reduce lateral branches overhanging the private road by approximately 1.0 -1.5m, back to suitable growth points, with no height reduction. T4 Beech - Selectively reduce lateral branches by up to approximately 1.0 m to improve light penetration, retaining the tree's natural form and height. T5 Horse Chestnut - Crown raise to approximately 2.4m above existing ground level for road clearance, pruning only necessary lower branches back to suitable growth points. G1 Sycamores (T6, T7, T8, T11 and T12) -Crown raise to approximately 2.4m above existing ground level, removing only lower branches necessary to achieve clearance and retaining natural form. T9 Laurel - Light formative Niwaki-style pruning to refine shape and improve light penetration, retaining overall size and character. T10 Holly -Crown raise to approximately 2.4m above existing ground level for private road clearance, retaining natural form. G2 Yews (T13, T14 and T15) - Crown raise to approximately 2.4m above existing ground level to improve clearance, light and air movement, with no height reduction. T16 and T17 Sycamores - Crown raise to approximately 2.4m above existing ground level for road clearance, removing only necessary lower branches. T18 Hawthorn - Remove dead lateral branches only, pruning back to suitable points where required. T19 and T20 Apple Trees - Selectively reduce lateral branches by up to approximately 1.5m to improve crown form and balance, retaining overall height and natural canopy shape.
