Undertake a crown thin of up to 15% in accordance with BS3998.) T3 - Sycamore (Remove the two lowest limbs growing over the car parking bay back to the main stem. Crown lift the remaining secondary branches, where less than 50mm diameter, to provide approximately 4m clearance over the parking bay. Prune/reduce branches to provide approximately 1m clearance from the building at Stonemasons Court and reduce limbs affecting the property on Dudley Road by approximately 2m.)
