T4 heavily leaning over property, applicant is concerned due to the lean becoming more All trees have outgrown the area and are heavily impacting the property now, applicant is getting increasingly concerned about the footings to the property due to the proximity of the trees. Trees have now started to cause damage to the roofline due to the overhang.
