T1: Sycamore - Fell due to; tree has visible signs of dead branches & weak/ water damage areas, there is squirrel damage and ingress into the tree, where water has been getting into the tree, low amenity value to property, can't be seen from front of houses and surrounded by other trees and close proximity to sycamore T2 which already has permission to be removed, reduce the risk presented by tree failing or being blown over onto property conservatory, or neighbouring shed or local primary school grounds, damaging boundary fence, tree is over hanging brook / stream with risk of taking an area of the bank and hedge if it were to fall, providing more light into garden
