School swimming pool behind tree is having issues with the leaves in their pool filtration system, on roof and in guttering, given that eucalyptus leaves do not degrade quickly. Applicants would like tree removed to allow space for some more suitable and more manageable species. T2: Young Multi Stemmed Ash - crown raise outer limbs by 2 mtrs to lift crown away from neighbouring trees & encourage tree to grow taller as opposed to wider, T3: Mature Dogwood, reduce by 1-1.5m all over to allow more light into greenhouse below, T4: Conifer - fell to ground & T5: Magnolia - reduce by 1m all over to balance crown & bring to shape
