Proposal

T1: Lilac - This species does not require consent for works to be carried out. T2: Amelanchier - Remove the 2 Southerly stems which are currently pushing over the fence and are overextended across the neighbour's garden. The 2 remaining upright stems will leave the tree in a good state of balance. Tree is approximately 4 m high with a crown spread of 1m North, 4m South and 3.5m West and East. T2 is a multi-stemmed tree which is growing on the property boundary.
