Proposal
G1: Black Pines - Fell, a very poor choice for planting in such a confined garden. The 10 Pines have not been maintained in the last 5 years and are now causing damage to the boundary wall they were planted too close to, and will soon start to damage the wall of the small raised beds they were planted in. They will be replaced with more a suitable species, that will be correctly maintained. G2: Black Pines - Fell the 2 most southerly trees in a group of 7, the 2 to be removed are planted too close to the edge of a very tall raised beds and will soon start to damage the wall of the bed & G3: Black Pines - Fell the 2 most southerly trees in a group of 8, a very poor choice for such a small space, and they have not been maintained

Replace with a specimen large Olive tree and underplanted with planting consisting of Agapanthus, Salvias, Yarrow, Lavender, Erigeron, Penstemon, Alchemilla Mollis, Pervoskia and Stipa Tenuissima. Additional New Multi Stem Silver Birch to be planted in bed above G2 G1: Firs - Remove x 5 Firs. incorrectly planted too close together, causing issue with needle drop into Gutters and hindering Neighbours. Growing incorrectly and causing potential issue of falling on house in future. Grown too Big for the site. Replace with 3 Multi stem Silver Birch of more manageable size to be kept to a good size. Will be far more in keeping to the size of plot and add additional benefits to the natural habitat.
