Planning application
36 Embankment Road Kingsbridge TQ7 1LA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T2: Holm Oak - Crown height reduction by 2m, crown thinning of 33 % & crown lift to 3.5m from ground level. Tree works required to ensure that it does not become too heavy and attracts too much wind, maintain it's health & safety & to ensure the safety of the public and walkers. Concerned that if the tree pulled itself out from the cliff, that it could well also damage neighbouring property & the shared mains drain.

T4: Sycamore - Reduce crown height by approximately 4 metres to previous pollard points. (as above but not so much a shading issue but a weak union issue)
