Proposal

1. Removal of existing render and concrete skirt to base of the wall on the southwest and western elevations of the dwelling. 2. Repair of timber sole plates using structural grade oak and traditional carpentry techniques. 3. Localised cutting back of rotten studs and repair as required, 4. Repair and reinstatement of existing sash window, 5. Re-rendering on wooden lath using fibre-rich non-hydraulic lime plaster (Warmcote and Limecote) and 6. Application of Keim mineral paint.
