1 x Ash Tree (numbered 1 on the attached plan) to be felled and stump ground out. The tree is to be removed in order to excavate the soil at the rear of the house to allow ventilation of brickwork foundations of timber framed house. The tree is currently 7.5 metres distance from the house and the tree measures approximately 8 metres. We have been advised the tree is relatively young and is likely to grow significantly and the roots could extend to 10 metres or more. As agreed with the tree owners we plan to plant one standard Ash Tree in a position to be agreed.
