Proposal
Removal of hedge fronting the road (which is mostly ivy) and removal of old hawthorn tree in the hedge which is partially dead due to proximity to large tree. Hedge to be replaced with fence and new mixed hedging. Tree will be replaced with new tree located further away from retained tree.
