  T001 - Ash - the tree is re-growth from an old stump which has grown to reach 12m in height, it is multi stem at base and the stems have twisted around each other in a bid for light. There are signs of decay around the base. The tree is within one metre of neighbouring buildings - fell to as close to ground level as possible. T002 - Ash - The tree is damaging the fencing and is approximately two metres from neighbouring building. Tree has codominant leaders and has put on extra supporting timber where it bifurcates, suggesting a weak point. Given the close proximity to properties and structural integrity we suggest to fell.
