2 *Elm - Remove The 2 trees are behind the pavilion and Reading room. Both are, we think, on the boundary of the conservation area, but in any avoidance of doubt, would like to submit an application. Both are elm and are at the end of their life span. Dead wood and boughs now visible and considering the height, we are increasingly concerned from a safety aspect, to buildings and people using the facilities. Added to this, the recently redecorated Reading room is already showing signs of cracks between brick joints from one of the trees.
