T1: Horse chestnut - Crown reduce by up to 3m in height and 1m in width to leave a height of 15m and width of 10m. Crown raise by up to 1m to lift the base of the canopy to 3m. Tree dominates the space to the side of the house and will continue to grow if left unchecked. A height reduction of up to 3 metres - this would increase the Tree Safety Factor from 2.97 to 4.69, an increase of over 50%
