Scots Pine T1 isnt entirely dead and with reduced sail area, leaning towards and partially over the adjacent house. T1 is to be removed as it is in presence of a fixed target (house) and increases the risk of damage and injury. T1 has major crown dieback. refer to picture above with co-ordinates 52,1775401 0.0951259.
