Proposal
Structure has suffered from damage caused by clay shrinkage subsidence due to nearby vegetation. Implicated vegetation has been removed in the form of removal of a nearby Eucalyptus tree. Superstructure works now to be undertaken to reinstate the structure to the pre-subsidence condition. These works involves the localised reconstruction of some areas of brickwork followed by superstructure repairs and redecoration.
