Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Fell T1 Field Maple and grind out stump. This young self set tree is becoming too large for its position. It is too close to both houses (no.3 & no.3A), the boundary fence and adjacent patios. It is starting to give cause for concern especially with regard to damage to the fence, drains and paved areas Plan to replant with a smaller tree (eg.Prunus Serrula) further away from fence, buildings and paving.
