Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Silver birch (T1) dead - Fell Tree is on the property boundary and very close to the adjoining house, concerns have been raised over safety of the tree. The tree has already been under-planted with 2 hazels and a cherry so we do not plan to directly replace this tree.

We would like to remove these hedging trees. Bourn Brook recently flooded onto our property so to allow us to continuation of existing wood fence with flood protection which would require digging where the tree line is. From left to right in sketch plan - Unknown evergreen (Leylandii?) - 4 x trees to make hedging boundary Unknown tree species - 11 x trees to make hedging boundary Reason for felling - to install flood proofing to property boundary
