This has been a point of contention as the neighbor is concerned about the tree in the high winds. One branch has already fallen. The tree is also causing excessive shading for both property's. I propose a 3.5m reduction in height and 2.5m reduction on the sides. Removal of deadwood. Crown lift to 4.5m.
