Internal changes to Unicorn Cottage to include 1.Lower brick pathway outside to front door. 2. Replace front door with higher one 3. Lower internal brickwork between front door and internal door. 4. Replace internal door with higher door 5. Replace beam in kitchen with a longer one. Move upright from central position to wall to the left of new window as below. 6. Replace Kitchen new style window with smaller width older looking one to accommodate beam. 7. Replace kitchen left window (that was a door) to a side sash/slide one 8. Move door and modern partition to downstairs shower room, and 9. In Bedroom 3 (over kitchen) Install shower, sink and toilet in corner, by removing shelving and taking it back, by linking cupboard. Drainage and plumbing to go through internally to bathroom, via bedroom 2. Ventilation incorporated via Chimney stack.
