Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
TPO 0001 (1999) T1: Walnut (T1) - crown reduction by 3m from height and 1.5m from sides. This tree has previously been topped+lopped but now needs a reduction of the regrowth due to its proximity to the house. There is also a very large cavity at its base where a secondary stem was removed. The cavity has standing water at ground level, extends into the tree by 500mm and up the truck by more than 600mm.
