Proposal

As per the full application 20/03675/FUL, the trees on the attached plan will be removed. This includes trees A1-7, B1-8, C1-5, D1-3 and E1-3. If the trees remain in place, the approved carport structure will obstruct all light to the trees and the trees will not survive. These trees were originally planted as part of landscaping at the site, rather than as part of a planning requirement. Details of works are included in '75_393 Identification of Tree(s) and Description of Works' and plan of site with affected trees indicated is included in file '75_393 Tree Locations' All of the trees marked on the plan need to be removed as they will not receive any sunlight underneath the solar car port that was approved through full application 20/03675/FUL and will therefore die.
