T1 Sycamore - It is proposed to reduce the apical biased eastward quadrant by 3.5 metres( pruning cut will on exceed 120mm in diameter) to rebalance canopy and mitigate structural disadvantage as compression fork, moreover ease sail factor and overdominance in respect of surrounding dwellings, therefore reduce potential risk of damage and harm in event of severe weather. Tip pruning of spread it will be implemented by shortening radius by approx. 2 metres
