Proposal

T1- Sycamore - Fell to ground level due to close proximity to property and garage. Trees stem and root system is within 1ft from garage foundations/brickwork and fearing of future damage to foundations. Crown of tree heavily over shadows neighbouring properties (218 Raymond Road) and riddled with ivy causing no sun to gardens or windows. There is no where in this court yard to plant replacement tree without it being within a couple of feet of structures.
