Works: Trees Domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
1. Reduce the overall canopy height by 2.5 meters to leave a final height of approximately 15 meters. 2. Reduce canopy lateral growth by 2.5 meters to provide a suitable framework for redevelopment and be balanced to meet the natural characteristics of the tree. This lateral canopy reduction will provide suitable clearance from the roofs of the garage and main dwelling. 3. Remove all dead wood over 25 millimetres in diameter.
