Proposal
Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Opinion as per Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) 2017. The overhead line supplying the transformer is to be replaced by underground cable. The site is within a SSSI impact zone and a Preliminary Ecological Assessment is being carried out. In accordance with Part 2 paragraph 6 I have attached a plan sufficient to identify the land and a description of the nature and purpose of the development and its possible effects on the environment.
