Crown lifting works resulting from KCC Highways Notification Section 154 Section one - Church Rd from House named 'Brooklands' to entrance of Halstead Place. - Lift all trees to statutory height of 5.6m over road - Cut back all growth on top of wall to upright stems, including removal of 7 leaning trees completely (2 Laurel, 4 Hawthorne and 1 Chestnut marked with orange dots) to give the 5.6m clearance over road - Treat stumps of any removed trees with eco plugs to prevent regrowth Section two - From entrance of Halstead Place to 'Garden House' property - Lift all trees to statutory height of 5.6m over road - Cut back all growth on top of wall to upright stems, including removal of leaning trees completely if required to give the 5.6m clearance over road - Treat stumps of any removed trees with eco plugs to prevent regrowth
