Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Mixed conifer row situated on the left hand boundary of 13 Smithy Lane, starting at the entrance gate and running up to the rear boundary (G1 on sketch plan). Proposing to fell the entire group to ground level, grind out remaining stumps, and replant during the winter. Planting species will be dependent on stock at a local nursery, but we always advise replacing non-native species with native ones to boost biodiversity.
