Works: Trees

Refused. Only the applicant can appeal, within the statutory time limit, and a revised scheme can be submitted instead.

Proposal

T1-Crown raise to approximately 30 feet. Remove all the lowest branches to allow more light into the property and into the garden. Create 15 feet clearance on branches over hanging the house and phone line. Reduce lower lateral growing towards the road and footpath. T2- Crown raise approximately 30 feet, remove lowest limbs T3- Crown raise approximately 30 feet. Remove lower limbs particularly the large horizontal limb growing towards the road. The largest/ tallest bough of the tree would benefit from being reduced by a third to a suitable growth point in order to reduce its weight and make it safer. Reduce lower lateral growing towards the road and footpath
