Listed Building Consent to facilitate the repair and restoration of the former Crescent public house and connecting No.1 Massey Street through the repair and where necessary replacement of timbers to the ground floor, first floor and roof area, the stabilisation of external walls through the removal of render and unstable brickwork and insertion of metal support bars, repairing of the slate roof to the main structure, removal of non-original internal fabric (including stage and bar area), repairing of windows, demolition of external single storey and two storey structures, repairs to the chimney’s brickwork, remove staircases for inspection and restoration and other associated repairs.
