Proposal
Listed Building Consent for the removal and setting aside of existing slate pitched roof covering including ridge and hip tiles for re-use, removal and disposal of existing underfelt and battens. Existing leadwork flashings and valleys to be assessed and retained where possible or replaced with new lead where needed to match existing. Small area of parapet wall and coping stone to be taken down, rebuilt and small areas of localised repointing at high level. New loft insulation and access hatch to be installed to each flat. Bagged insulation to be installed above suspended ceiling tiles to corridor areas. Install new solar PV to roof to serve all communal lighting and electric heating.
