Proposal
Damp proof works to interior of Grade 2 Listed Building. Removal of ground floor flooring finishes, remove and dispose of sub-floor, remove and set aside staircase, joinery, internal doors and kitchen / utility cabinets. Removal of localised plaster. Supply and lay new lime-based screed. Localised lime plaster repairs to removed areas followed by decoration using a breathable paint. Refit existing kitchen / utility cabinets, internal doors and joinery. Rehome existing staircase.
