Section 19 application to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of application 2021/1449/LBA - Rear infill single storey extension incorporating alterations to mono pitch roof and new crown roof with plateau roof light. Replace material on metal flat roofing. Apply through colour render finish to rear extensions. Replacement windows and doors to include new front door. Upgrade rainwater goods. Various internal works to include replace oak stair case with wrought iron balustrade, replace internal partition with glazed door and screen.
