Planning application

43 Main Street Greetham Rutland LE15 7NJ

Granted Rutland 2021/0983/CAT Works to a tree in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

At the back of house take out the crown on 1 no. wild Apple Tree and take out the crown of 1 no. Portugese Laurel. This is beside the house at the back and is now obscuring the windows, and causing excessive shading, it's roots are also problematic. They are both causing problems for the house next door. No 41 Main Street.
