Proposal
One Strawberry Tree T7 as per submitted plan, remove lowest lateral primary stem back to main union which extends over footpath. Reduce remaining canopy by no more than 3 metres back to sound growth points to prevent collapse following the removal of the lowest stem. Also remove lowest lateral branch, which is obstructing footpath. Additional works to remove two Yew trees plotted on the attached map to the north of the footpath fall outside the Section 211 Notice requirements .The dying multi-stemmed Hazel tree plotted closest to the roundabout is to be coppiced, the works are also exempt due to the Hazels stem diameter and declining condition. The trees are within the Manor Park Conservation Area
