T1 Hazel - Coppice, T2 Oak - reduce in height by no more than 4m leaving a retained height of 18-19m and reduce remaining lateral growth by no more than 3m all round leaving a retained radial spread of 5-6m, T3 Alder - fell, T4 Goat Willow - fell, T5 Goat Willow - fell, T6 and T7 Oak's - reduce in length by no more than 3m (tapering reductions into the upper crown) lateral growth extending to the East leaving a retained branch length of 5-6m (Trees are within G1 of TPO 416A). These works are to reduce the impinging impact upon the property. The removals are due to the identified trees being of poor condition and previously poor tree work having been carried out and would allow other trees in close proximity to thrive. The reductions would cause minimal impact to the amenity value of the area.
