Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Beech tree - remove 3 main branches (shown on photo 1) and remove minor branches under a height of 8 meters from ground level (G24/TPO 358A) Reason - branches of beech tree (G20) are majorly over hanging boundary into to rear garden of 118 Fleet road, restricting natural light and rain water access. This maintenance is requested to improve light, rain water access and general enjoyment of rear garden and prevent further ingress and growth from this beech tree's branches identified in the application.
