Planning application

Tree Cottage 5 Lammas Gardens East Bridgford Nottinghamshire NG13 8LQ

Awaiting decision Rushcliffe 26/01673/TPO Trees

Works: Trees

Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.

Proposal

T1 - Yew - 50% crown reduction to reshape into smaller tree, remove branches that overhang patio area and reduce shade over other planted areas. T2 - group of 4 Yews - 30% reduction of crown to reduce size, shape, remove branches and thick growth overhanging the lawn, reduce shade over other planted areas. T3 - Sycamore - remove dead wood and at the same time reduce the top of the tree to make safer and align shape. T4 - Yew - permission to fell. There is fungal growth around the whole trunk of the tree which has already compromised the health of the tree. One limb is currently held by a strap to reduce the risk of it splitting completely. We plan to replace this tree with a different species such as Rowan. T5 - Yew - up to 50% reduction to tidy shape, create more light and reduce overhanging limbs and extensive growth over the road ( lammas lane) and main gate to lammas gardens.
