We would look to reduce the height of T2 by 2.5-3 meters, indicated by the red line. This is to help the senescence of T1 in its ancient stages. T3 - Quercus robur - phased reduction of this oak by 3 to 4 metres to increase light to the lower canopy of T1 and improve canopy space for T4 - Acer sp. - reduce crown by 2 to 3 metres . This Acer has started loosing branches, and is in declining condition. It has a thinning crown, weaker unions that may fail and a several cavities from historic tear outs.
