Caravan Park Offices Fangrove Park Chertsey Surrey KT16 0BN
To safely dismantle to ground level the small sized multi-stemmed Conifer tree which is currently in-front of the new base for 119a Fangrove Park. This dismantle has been requested by the park owners due to it obstructing the plot and therefore blocking access for the new mobile home to be delivered. The tree owner would also like the stump ground out in it's entirety to ensure it is not an obstacle when the new home is being delivered. The tree does not provide any amenity value nor is it native. The park are happy to plant a new native tree somewhere on the land in place of the Conifer. On the site map/sketch provided, the tree is marked using the bright green color on the 119 plot. The tree does have cars parked nearby and therefore the ropes and rigging method will be used to dismantle the tree; to ensure no damage. The tree owner has requested this decision be expedited if at all possible as the delivery of the new home is imminent and they would like to avoid delays.
