The erection of a part two storey part single storey side and rear extension, single storey rear bay, replacement roof to main house (re built to match existing roof) with new roof over the proposed side extension. Internal alterations. External changes to windows, doors, brick colour and stone detailing, including replacing columns to front portico. New stone cladding to pool building, replacement glazing with the addition of a side privacy wall and a metal "brise solie"to the pool building.
