The tree is in the front garden of my neighbour at 96 main street , wolston , cv8 3 hp the tree branches are well over my demise at 94 the tree branches are damaging my property and my car the tree is blocking daylight to 94 and 92 main street The landowners at 96 do NOT sweep the leaf fall or trim the tree to a safe level. The leaves create a trip hazard and block my drains and guttering. I wish to trim the branches that are crossing my demise across into 94 main street . I would like 96 to top the tree themselves to allow daylight.

T59 Elder (Sambucus nigra) Dead tree that will need to be removed due to location near to the public path. Grid Ref: SP 49235 72892. A mature Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) displaying signs of ash dieback and obstructing the street light located on the boundary next to the path and substation was also identified when surveyed by Warwickshire wildlife Trust 30/08/2022. R23/0094 Granted
42, Crick Road, Rugby, CV21 4DY
Tree: The Beech Tree is the only tree on the front of the property (42 Crick Road) and is fully visibly from Crick Road. Reason: The reason for the proposed pruning is to prevent damage to the tree and to a high sided vehicle that will be using the driveway and occasionally the public pathway alongside the property. The tree overhangs the driveway entrance and pathway area as shown in the attached photographs. Work proposed: The photographs indicate the height of the vehicle (3m) and provides an indication to the extent of the pruning proposed. I propose to prune the branch ends to effectively lift the canopy to a height of 3m only in the areas indicated. Method: The small branch ends will be cut back using extended pruning shears from ground level and do not require the use of specialist equipment such as a chainsaw or access platforms. The branch ends do not overhang the road and therefore there is no risk to any passing vehicles. A safe system of work will be set up for the pathway to manage any pedestrians. The time to carry out the works will be approx an hour and can be paused at any time to allow people to pass through if required.
