Proposal
The tree is a large oak which is situated behind my clients horse stables. The proposed work the tree needs as a preventative measure to make the tree safe before the tree/limb becomes diseased and fails is to remove the limb by pruning it back to the main stem in accordance with Tree Works Recommendations BS3998
